Let's head BACKSTAGE with Dior

I dont usually purchase or use makeup from Dior. But lately I have been keeping my eye on makeup artist Peter Phillips. He is currently the creative director for Dior cosmetics.

I think the new Backstage line that he has helped create and launch gives Dior a more updated and modern look. Not to mention a very user friendly product.

I purchased 2 items from the Backstage collection. I have the new Dior contour pallet and the contour brush. I have just recently received the contour brush and have not had a chance to use it yet. But the contour pallet I have used on a few clients.

When I first received the contour pallet I was skeptical on wether or not I was going to keep it. The colors are very basic. And I didn't need any more highlighters. Im over loaded with highlighters! ha-ha. Once I used it on a few clients I fell in love with not only the colors, but the formula its self. The formula is so beautiful and easy to use. It effortlessly blends into the skin and gives a beautiful contour to the face. The coordinating highlighters in the pallet give a delicate glow to the skin. It's a very natural healthy look. I would highly recommend this contour pallet to anyone who likes a subtle glow and contour to their face.

You don't need to be a makeup artist to make this pallet work. The formula is perfect for the everyday person who wants to do their makeup quickly and not put too much effort into contouring and highlighting. Try it out for yourself and see how dimensional you can make your face look.
